- Advise on the First line checks done. (Tested with a direct connection and the issue persists)
- Vodacom Fibre, send a picture of the ONT showing the ALC number
- Intermittent Link
- Client will have to do a direct connection(Broadband connection)
- Ping 1.1.1.1
- Do a Trace route
- Continuous ping for at least 5 minutes
- Slow Access
- Connect directly to the ONT and create a broadband connection
- Provide 3x different speed test with time & date stamp
- For Frogfoot, download and use https://www.speedtest.net/apps/windows and provide us with three speed tests
- Evotel, tests to be done on https://fast.com/
- Octotel, MetroFibre, TT Connect, Zoom Fibre, Vodacom, ThinkSpeed, Vumatel and Clear Access tests to be done on https://www.speedtest.net/
- Openserve fibre, tests to be done with a broadband connection on https://wblv.spdtst.saix.net/speedtest-master/. Please use the guest@openserve or guest@telkomsa as the username and guest as the password
