    • Send an ONT image
    • Advise on the First line checks done. (Tested with a direct connection and the issue persists)
    • Vodacom Fibre, send a picture of the ONT showing the ALC number

     

  2. Intermittent Link
    • Client will have to do a direct connection(Broadband connection)
    • Ping 1.1.1.1
    • Do a Trace route
    • Continuous ping for at least 5 minutes
